SVP of North Asia
Troy Yang is the Senior Vice President for The Trade Desk in North Asia. In this role, Troy oversees the business operations for Greater China, Japan and South Korea.
Troy has extensive management consulting and marketing analytics experience working directly with brands, advertisers and agencies across various industries and markets over the past 15+ years. He has helped major Fortune 500 brands formulate new product launch, market entry and pricing strategies, as well as optimizing their marketing budgets by improving their ROIs through media mix modelling.
Prior to joining The Trade Desk, Troy was with Nielsen and Analytic Partners where he held various senior leadership roles and started several successful business operations in Asia Pacific. Troy started his career at The Monitor Group (now Monitor Deloitte) in the New York before moving back to Asia.
In addition to his role at The Trade Desk, Troy is a key member of the Chinese General Chamber of Commerce (CGCC) in Hong Kong and Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) in Shanghai.
Troy graduated from University of British Columbia with a degree in Science and focus in Statistics.
